If you got a direct deposit for a Federal refund that says "Tax products PE3 SBTPG" or similar wording, you can log in at SBTPG's website, for info about your Federal refund. If you chose to pay your product fees out of your Federal refund, then most likely TurboTax and its affiliated partner SBTPG got the other $80.
