Lots of books are all about thinking about other people's feelings. So we planted the potato in some soil. Well, here we are - day 70, the final day of my daily diary! Here's a picture of me on my daily exercise back in April 2020 (there was more sun then than what we had yesterday)! Hopefully there will be some puddles to splash in!
In fact, I've got a quiz all about the jobs that the different parts of our body do. What plans do you have for today, the rest of the week or the weekend? Aaaw... last year's Great Get Together really was great! Harold's purple drawing tool crossword answer. And she's written one all about me! Well, maybe I'll have to give that a try. So I have lots and lots of energy for Workout Wednesday which is today! As you know, Workout Wednesday is all about keeping fit by doing exercise, but I also think it applies to other things like eating healthily and knowing how to keep our bodies and brains in tip-top shape! I love this time of year – do you? I remember once we dressed up, putting on different hats and coats! And see how much you have in common!
And I've decided to turn my Wednesday walks into treasure hunts, too! As it's World Book Day, I thought we could think of characters for each of the SCARF values! You know what they say - time flies when you're having fun! If you click on the picture and make it big, you could try them too! I'm going to put them in the next week or two - there are too many to include in one day! That could be sitting near a window for part of the day, especially in the morning. Well actually, spaghetti doesn't grow on trees! Yes - I'm back again, just for this week, because it's a special week. My mum helped me to measure these out - we used a ruler and pencil for this, to make sure that they were the same size, but you don't have to. Hmmmmm... this is going to be tricky! A special thank you goes to Delphi who wrote to me with some really great ideas for how she would help her sister and her mum on Thoughtful Thursday.
Day 37 - Tuesday 2nd of June. I've made some resolutions too, I'm going to try NEW things this year and tell you about them in my diary. Now my sleep is all upside down! Something like the waves going in and out at the beach, or a bird flying in the sky, letting the wind take it somewhere. Crooning is another word for singing! Click on the picture below and follow the instructions, if you don't have a printer, you can just draw your own template: Here's a picture of the one I made: Well there's your weekly dose of friendship! I had a bit of a disaster - I went out for my daily exercise in bright sunshine and half way through it started raining sooo heavily - and then it even started hailing! You can find me on twitter: Have a wonderful Work-Out Wednesday! Some fab songs, thanks Conall! Of course, whilst we have many physical differences, not all of our differences are visible - our likes and dislikes might be complete opposites to our bestfriends!

I made a very pretty frame with some different coloured leaves and stones that I found on my daily walk!
I heard a couple of birds, chirruping, saw loads of pretty plants and a few other animals too, like the sheep I showed you yesterday as well as some cows… no giraffes, though - I must be pretty special! There's only 1 more week until I go back to my school. I think it would be amazing!! I can't wait to play football with my grandma again! PS - I just heard on the radio that it's National Diary Writing Day today! I went on a rain walk - look here's a picture of me from last year, with my umbrella! Or you could make the clues rhyme, with a missing word. Mum says that we can make a frozen sun catcher! Do you have a favourite recipe? It's quite warm where I live, so I've decided that I'm going to play hopscotch outside at lunchtime! And maybe you'll be able to share some of your ideas, too, like you did last Spring and Summer! She told me that it's ok because they are used to the cold and have lots of ways to keep warm! I've loved seeing all the artwork and poems you've been sending me over the past couple of days! Well I did it today, and now you can try and find the words, as well as making your own. Kicking a ball about.
