I went back to work at 4 weeks, but didn't really start feeling human again until closer to the six week mark. Use cold packs on your chest to reduce the swelling. Turns out that the next step was a referral to UW Plastic Surgery. Many surgeons will recommend wearing this garment for months after the procedure to help with the excess fluid that builds up after the procedure. And that's really my healing process, I guess within the first couple weeks of healing.
