Keaton can't be blamed, really; she's utterly convincing and charming, first as a guarded woman with an acidic wit, then as a mature woman feeling the giddiness of love again for the first time in a decade or two. A man's bare butt is briefly seen several times in the back of an open hospital gown. Erica rails and sobs over her abandonment (thankfully, Keaton actually makes all the sobbing comedic) then therapeutically pours her heartbreak into a her new play, but except for the twist of killing off Harry, Meyer makes no transition from reality to fiction, leaving her world famous playwright looking like nothing more than a kiss and teller. "There was nudity in 'Looking for Mr. Goodbar' in 1977, " Keaton says in her familiar patter.
