The leaders of Celebrate Recovery are men and women who have gone through similar addictions, hurts, hang-ups and harmful behaviors and have been through this or a similar Recovery Program. Most meetings are focused on specific issues and you will find fellow strugglers that have experience dealing with your issue. Celebrate Recovery is a biblical and balanced program that helps us overcome our hurts, hang-ups, and habits. It typically takes 8-12 months to complete a Step Study. A free hot dinner is provided every Thursday at 6:15pm in the SPV Cafe, worship begins at 7:00pm! If your life has become unmanageable due to the use of alcohol, drugs or other chemical substances, food, gambling, pornography, sex, relationships, or because of other hurts, hang-ups, or habits, then you may have an addiction or problem behavior. Therefore, we ask that you please watch your language. CR is unique in that it has six features: Celebrate Recovery started in 1991 in Lake Forest, California. Although each of our group leaders has a caring heart, they are not equipped to offer in-depth counseling or clinical therapy.
